LPR Global to Foster Partnerships for Industrial Product Manufacturers in Korea, USA, and Canada, Capitalizing on Free Trade Agreement Opportunities

Toronto, Ontario, May 13, 2014 – LPR Global, Inc. announced today that it has won the prestigious SMBA Premium Consulting Services Provider award for the 4th consecutive year. SMBA is a South Korean federal government program for companies that promote the growth of small and medium manufacturers in Korea in competitive global markets.

LPR Global stands out as the only North American firm to receive the SMBA honour. It boasts product sales in over 25 countries and clients including 1000 international firms and government agencies. Mikah Lee, CEO of LPR Global, is optimistic about continued success, and suggests that recent free trade agreements among the USA, Canada and South Korea will create even more opportunities for North American companies.

“Global partnerships enable the North American manufacturers to streamline their process and focus on their core competencies,” says Lee. “Korean companies see opportunities for synergetic collaboration between North American manufacturers and themselves in the manufacturing process. We will continue to focus on creating global partnerships that benefit both ends.”

LPR Global has been an instrumental partner for the SMBA’s program for export and overseas partnerships of small- to medium-sized Korean companies since 2006. Under the partnership with the SMBA, LPR Global has been operating successful programs benefiting both Korean manufacturers and North American companies.

Since 2009, LPR Global has been running www.USKoreaHotlink.com, the comprehensive site where internationally-recognized manufacturing leaders in Korea connect with North American business partners. In 2011, it launched the Korean Automotive Consortium, which consists of Korean auto parts and machinery manufacturers. Since 2012, the annual LPR Global Partnership Program has been providing a unique venue to discuss partnerships and global strategies between leading Korean manufacturers and multinational companies.
